6-Week Mindfulness Based Wellbeing and Mental Health Course for Schools or Organisations
This in-depth wellbeing programme runs over six weeks, with a two-hour session each week, delivered either online or in person. Grounded in the latest research from mental health, mindfulness, and organisational psychology, the course supports individuals and teams in developing practical tools for emotional resilience, stress regulation, focus, and psychological safety.
Each session combines accessible theory with guided practices and group reflection, and participants receive structured exercises to complete between sessions to deepen learning and support real-life integration. Topics may include emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, values-led action, boundaries, positive relating, and team dynamics. Resources and optional reading are provided each week to support both personal and organisational growth.
Format: Online or in person

Includes: Weekly guided practices, reflection exercises, resource packs, and email check-ins if needed
Cost: €1,200 online / €1,650 in person (includes all materials and travel within one hour)
