Education for the Mind/Heart

Mindheart Education is about the recognition that wellbeing is about much more that what we know on an intellectual level but an integration of emotional, physical and social understanding. Ancient practices such as meditation and mindfulness help to give us an insight into this internal world of thoughts, emotions and perceptions and to develop perspective that alleviates suffering and ultimately helps us to live a happier and more fulfilled life. Whether it's in the workplace, in schools or for individuals  our aim is to help create a society that prioritizes our mental health and wellbeing by recognising and nourishing what is truly  important. Our relationship with ourselves, with others and how we engage with and understand life from a holistic perspective.
